What is Celebrancy?

Celebrancy is all about crafting and delivering meaningful ceremonies, whether for weddings, funerals, baby naming, or other life events. While “celebrant” and “officiant” are often used interchangeably, celebrants typically undergo specialized training in the art of ceremony creation, making their services more personalized and intentional. Those who are also ordained ministers can legally perform marriages.

As a Life-Cycle Celebrant®, I am dedicated to crafting meaningful, personalized ceremonies that truly reflect your story and values. Trained through the Life Cycle Foundation and Institute—now known as the Natural Transitions Institute—I adhere to a strong code of ethics and a clear non-discrimination policy, ensuring that every ceremony is inclusive, respectful, and deeply personal.

I believe that every life event deserves to be honored with intention and authenticity. That’s why I am committed to both personal and professional growth, continuously refining my craft and collaborating with fellow celebrants and professionals to create seamless, heartfelt experiences.

From our very first, no-obligation meeting, I take the time to listen to your vision, guiding you through the process with care and attention to detail. Together, we’ll shape a ceremony that feels just right – reviewing, refining, and perfecting every element along the way.

On the day of your ceremony, I arrive early to ensure everything is in place, handle any last-minute adjustments, and create a calm, supportive space so you can simply be present and savor the moment.
It would be an honor to help bring your vision to life.
